TYLER LUTHRO
Owner/Operator
Tyler is a skilled and experienced roofer who knows the value of hard work, community and respect. He was born and raised in rural Iowa, where he learned the importance of these values from a young age. In his early 20s, Tyler decided to pursue roofing professionally and joined a union company in Iowa as a laborer. Through dedication and hard work, he rose through the ranks to become a Foreman and developed a passion for the trade. After spending four years working as a commercial foreman in Spokane, Tyler decided to be a part of the formation of Over The Top Roofing in early 2022. Tyler is engaged and has two wonderful stepsons, and two dogs, they currently reside in the Hayden Lake area. He is a good ol' boy who knows the value of a handshake and standing by his word and his work, living by the mantra "Reliability Starts At The Top." Tyler is dependable and trustworthy professional who takes pride in every roofing job he completes.
BRYAN RAMIREZ
Owner/Operator
Meet Bryan, a talented roofer with a passion for quality craftsmanship and a dedication to customer satisfaction. Originally from Mexico, his family migrated to the state of Washington when he was just a toddler. He started his roofing career in his early teens, working as a laborer in the greater Seattle area. He attended Washington State University, where he met his future-to-be wife. He is now the father of a 2-year-old girl and a 1-year-old boy. Outside of work, Bryan enjoys spending time with his family exploring the outdoors and exploring all the play-parks in his city. With his drive, experience, and commitment to excellence, Bryan is a key member of our team and an asset to the roofing industry as a whole.
